Pet Destress Event Spring 2016

In the Spring semester 2016, PTK sponsored a visit from Love on a Leash as our Pet Destress event.  the first 25 students at the event were also provided destress kits we put together. The kits included fun items such as coloring books and bubbles.  A donation box was left in the east mall and donations from students and staff were passed on Granny Rose's Animal Shelter in Dixon.  We collected 100 file folders, 2 bags of cat litter, 21 dollars, 3 note books, a stack of note-cards, a bundle of pens and pencils, a bag of Iams dog food, 4 towels, 4 boxes of dog treats, bag of dog bones, 2 dog toys, and 5 cat toys.
